As a MoGraph Artist and an occasional Designer, Tech Supervisor, and Editor, I work under the umbrella of ACMP (Apple Care Media Production), an in-house production team of writers, producers, animators, editors, and videographers. We create instructional consumer facing “how-to” videos for Apple Support’s social media channels (YouTube/Twitter) that enable customers to use Apple products.
This involves designing multiple styles of BA approved instructional content, through storyboarding, style-guide design, on-set DIT, editing 8K raw footage, tracking/keying/compositing, 3D rendering, and localization. Through multiple rounds of revisions we apply the necessary fixes before final delivery. ACMP oversees multiple social media channels, but the most visible being YouTube and Twitter where batches of videos are posted around the world on a month to month basis.
